Towards the 2026 end-of-course performance — Leading with identity
BG Flamenco officially begins preparations for its 2026 end-of-course performance, with 80 students on stage. Its teaching theme is “Leading with identity”: listen first, then decide, and guide the singing and guitar through your body, with your own personality and respect for the compás.
Core rehearsals will begin in February. Working by level, we will develop original choreographies focused on the balance between technique, expressive presence and gaze.
This month's classes
In November, we worked on:
Active listening and decision-making: guiding the singing naturally.
Phrasing and breathing in zapateado: less noise, more intention.
Balancing technique and expression: gentle firmness and freedom with control.
