I also looked forward to the unique original T-shirt designed by Beni, which the academy gave to every performer at each recital back then. These shirts boosted motivation and brought the participants together.

At every recital, a lovely, thoughtful gift from Beni also awaited each participant in the dressing room on the day of the performance: a single rose! It made me so happy.

One of my memories of the recitals is the makeup… At the time, the academy held recital makeup workshops for students who wished to attend, and I had previously had the opportunity to learn directly from Beni.

From choosing stage makeup colors to drawing lines for the desired effect, the breadth of Beni’s knowledge truly amazed me.

And every morning, whenever I pick up my blush, I remember that experience and feel grateful to Beni!
